Let's restore homes in a Green and Sustainable Way!

We like to restore not just renovate with sustainable principles of energy efficiency, water consumption and sustainable features throughout the home.  Our restoration features include: water efficiency, energy and eco-friendly materials which result in sustainable living.  Taking a conscious approach towards renovations in utilizing the principles in the 3 R's-Reduce, Reuse and Recycle allows our future homeowners to lessen their burden on the environment.

These principles assist us with high-efficiency heating and cooling,                eco-construction, energy star appliances, and other sustainable elements.  All of these sustainable elements assist with lower utility bills while reducing the carbon footprint in the City, State and its impact on the environment.

Energy Efficient

Reclaimed Materials

Smart Appliances

Higher insulation values along with high energy-efficient cooling and heating keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Utilizing appliances that are high in energy efficiency may be costly but we see that as transferring wealth by reducing energy on future utility bills.

The homes that we renovate are usually beyond repair so it makes it difficult to salvage any materials.  We try and reuse materials that are normally taken out during the full gut renovation or reuse materials from local salvage stores during the construction phase of the project.

We incorporate smart thermostats and appliances that are equipped with today's technology. Today's home is equipped with the elements to connect easily to your cell phone, smart television, and computer. Your comfort is at your fingertips in every home.
