4. DECONSTRUCTION 

Complete gut renovation after any salvage materials is taken out carefully for donation to a salvage store or to save and put back in the home after renovation.

 

5. CREATE ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN 

Develop a plan for energy conservation throughout the home to achieve 20% or higher in energy efficiency.

 

6. PERMITS 

Plan approval for renovations.

 

7. CONSTRUCTION 

The process to completely renovate or build the home/homes.

 

8. LANDSCAPING 

Creating a plan to wow the curb appeal.

 

9. SELL 

Launch the marketing plan to sell the home to a family.

 

10. SOLD! ENJOY.
